How much does it cost? I can't afford advice!

If you can’t afford advice, then you can’t afford NOT to get advice.Your initial appointment is an obligation free consultation so we can find out more about you and your situation and determine if our services can help you.If you decide to have us prepare advice and recommendations, a fee will be incurred and is determined on a case by case basis.

What about insurance commissions?

We will receive commissions for business we place on your behalf with insurers from time to time and all details are fully disclosed in our recommendations.

What do I need to bring to our initial meeting?

This will vary for each person, however below is a checklist you could use:
• latest superannuation and insurance statements
• identification
• details of any other assets and liabilities
• latest payslips

How long will my initial meeting be?
Your first meeting can take up to two hours.
The first meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know you and you to assess whether we are the right fit for you. We address your goals and objectives, current financial position and personal situation.
If you have brought your financial documents or copies of them, this will speed up the process. This investment of time ensures we understand you and what you are looking for.
When do I need to make a decision?

At the end of your initial appointment, we will discuss the next steps for you to take, whether that be seeking services of another specialist or consenting to have a written Statement of Advice prepared for you.
You don’t need to make any decisions until after the Statement of Advice has been provided to you at no cost. If you want to proceed with the advice then there will be some forms for you to complete at that time.

Will you let me know what you are doing with my money?

Yes, If you agree to use our services, we will provide you with a written Statement of Advice. We always act on your authority and don’t implement recommendations without your consent. Our ongoing advice also requires your authority for us to act. You will always know and authorise what we are doing with your money.

Do you have parking available?

We are located in the centre of Woodford where there is plenty of both street parking and paid parking options near by.
